The chart shows how your overall day rating changed. Add one of your 0-10 metrics to compare the two lines
AI, if you want it
Search for “when I felt inspired.” Semantic search returns matching entries and memories without generating an answer
Describe an event or feeling in your own words. About Me finds entries with a similar meaning
A short review appears after the period ends when it has at least two entries and at least one contains text
The app compares day ratings with activities and other data. You can ask AI to phrase the connections it finds
Choose parts of a day entry and get an editable draft. AI can also suggest a title and tags
Memories
Save trips, meetings, and small stories. Add dates, photos, and tags so they are easy to find later
On This Day brings back memories from the same date in previous years
Goals without pressure
It can be a big dream, a concert, buying a bike, or a recurring habit like evening reading
Pause a recurring goal or delete any goal. The app does not punish missed days.
Personal progress
Choose which activities earn XP. Your profile shows the points, level, and achievements you have collected
XP does not compare you with anyone or score your productivity

Keep the emotions, activities, and 0-10 scales you use. Enable XP for selected activities if you want it
